Suggestions
Collect ideas from members and keep voting visible in Discord and the dashboard.
The Suggestions module watches one configured Discord text channel. When a non-bot member posts there, PaulCLI deletes the original message, stores the suggestion, and reposts it as a Discord Components v2 card with upvote and downvote buttons. Text content is encrypted in the database; the dashboard decrypts it server-side before rendering the suggestion list.
Use this module when you want a clean ideas channel instead of a normal chat thread. Members submit by typing naturally, voters use buttons, and admins can review the current queue from /dashboard/<guildId>/suggestions. Dashboard cards also receive live vote updates through the suggestion stream, so staff do not need to refresh after each Discord vote.
Review from either side
Staff can approve or reject a suggestion from the buttons on the Discord card (a small modal asks for an optional note) or from the dashboard card. Either way the card is updated in place — verdict colour, reviewer, note, votes frozen — the author gets a DM, and the Workflow trigger Suggestion reviewed fires.
