A setting saved but the bot still behaves the old way
A few modules cache their configuration briefly: Logging for 5 minutes, Workflow for 30 seconds, the suggestion channel for 30 seconds. Wait a moment or, for Logging, toggle any switch to bust the cache.
Why is Levels “Paused” on a fresh server?
Levels is off by default so a new server does not start handing out XP before you have chosen alert settings. Flip the switch on the Levels page.
Can I run the same workflow on two servers?
Not yet — workflows are per server. Build it once, then recreate it on the other server from the block library.
Where is data stored and what is encrypted?
Configuration lives in the bot's own database. Secrets such as webhook URLs and suggestion contents are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the dashboard never returns raw ciphertext or decrypted secrets to the browser.
