Welcome to PaulCLI
What PaulCLI is and how the bot and the dashboard fit together.
PaulCLI is a Discord bot with a companion web dashboard. The bot runs on your server and reacts to events — messages, joins, reactions, voice activity — while the dashboard is where you configure everything without touching a single slash command.
Every feature is a module. Modules are independent: enable only the ones you need, configure each from its own dashboard page, and they will cooperate (for example, moderation actions are written to the Logging channel, and Workflow can react to a Levels level-up).
How it works
- 1
The bot joins your server
PaulCLI needs a handful of permissions depending on which modules you plan to use. Each module page lists exactly what it requires.
- 2
You sign in with Discord
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth. You will only see servers where you are the owner or hold Manage Server / Administrator.
- 3
You configure modules
Settings save instantly to the bot's database. Most changes take effect within seconds; a few (noted on their pages) are picked up on a short cache interval.
