Button panels, staff controls and dashboard transcripts.
The ticket system publishes Discord panel messages with a Create Ticket button. When a member clicks, PaulCLI creates a private text channel under the configured category, applies permission overwrites, mentions the opener and manager roles, and posts Claim, Lock and Close controls.
Each panel has its own title, description, button label, category, optional log channel, manager roles and visual styling. The opened-ticket embed also has separate title/message settings and supports {user} as a mention placeholder.

Closing a ticket builds both a self-contained HTML transcript and a JSON message array, stores them in the database, then links recent transcripts from the dashboard.
