Settings reference
Every Suggestions setting and stored field used by the current code.
Suggestions combine top-level guild settings with per-suggestion rows. Guild settings control where new cards are created and how votes look. Suggestion rows store author details, encrypted content, status, message linkage, optional image URL, and the current vote counts.

Vote percentages
Discord cards show both counts and percentages: up (up%) | down (down%). With zero votes, both percentages are 0%.
