Post new feed items to Discord automatically.
The RSS module watches configured RSS/Atom feed URLs and posts new items to Discord through channel webhooks. Each subscription stores the feed URL, target channel, optional sender name/avatar and an encrypted webhook URL.
The bot polls every 5 minutes, fetches each unique feed URL once, and processes every subscribing guild row. On the first successful fetch, PaulCLI stores the newest item key as lastGuid without posting history, so adding a feed never backfills old posts.
Flood protection
A feed can publish at most 5 new posts per tick. Remaining new items drain on later ticks, oldest to newest, while lastGuid advances after every successful webhook send.
