Troubleshooting
Fix feed, webhook and delivery problems.
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |

| Feed URL rejected | It is not valid http(s), points to a private/internal address, exceeds 2048 characters, or cannot be parsed as RSS/Atom. | Use the site's actual feed URL and test it in the dashboard. |
| Webhook creation fails | The bot lacks Manage Webhooks or access to the channel. | Grant Manage Webhooks in the target channel and try again. |
| No old posts appeared | This is expected: first fetch stores lastGuid and does not backfill. | Wait for genuinely new feed items. |
| Only some new posts appeared | The module posts at most 5 items per tick. | Wait for later 5-minute ticks; remaining items are not skipped. |
| Repeated feed outage alerts | The same URL failed at least 3 consecutive polls and is still failing. | Check the feed host, URL and Cloudflare/firewall behaviour. A recovery notice is sent after a successful fetch if an outage alert was posted. |
| Duplicate subscription rejected | The same feedUrl is already posting to the same channel. | Reuse the existing subscription or choose another channel. |
Webhook deleted manually
If the saved webhook no longer works, sends fail and lastGuid does not advance past the failed item. Remove and re-add the feed, or edit/move it so the dashboard creates a new webhook.
