Setup

Enable a stats counter in the dashboard.

Go to /dashboard/<guildId>/stats. The panel loads voice channels, because the UI is designed for server counter channels. You can enable each stat type independently and save or delete its configuration.

  1. 1

Create or choose a voice channel

Prepare channels such as 👥 Members: 123 or 🤖 Bots: 7 in Discord, then select them in the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Toggle a stat type on

    Choose one of MEMBER_COUNT, BOT_COUNT, CHANNEL_COUNT or ROLE_COUNT.

  3. 3

    Pick the channel

Select the voice channel PaulCLI should rename for that type.

  4. 4

    Edit the template

Use {label} and {count} in the name template. Templates are saved trimmed; an empty template falls back to {label}: {count}.

  5. 5

    Save

The API upserts one row per (guildId,type). The bot updates on its next 10-minute pass, and member joins also trigger an immediate guild refresh.

Required bot permissions

PaulCLI must see the guild and have permission to manage/rename the selected channel. Failed renames are logged by the bot and retried on a later update.

Disabling a type sends DELETE /api/stats/<guildId>?type=<TYPE> and removes only that type for the guild.
