Using it on Discord

Slash commands and their real checks.

CommandPermissionChecks and behaviour
/warn target reasonKick MembersTarget must resolve to a member. Sends a DM warning when possible, records WARN, and reports whether the DM was sent.
/kick target reasonKick MembersTarget must be a member, below the bot role, and not the server owner. Records KICK after member.kick.
/ban target [reason] [duration] [purge_messages]Ban MembersRejects self, the bot, and server owner. If the user is in the guild, checks bot hierarchy and bannable. Optional duration accepts 30s, 5m, 12h, 1d, 1w; purge deletes up to the last 24 hours.
/unban user_id [reason]Ban MembersRequires a 17–20 digit user id and verifies the user is currently banned before removing the ban and recording UNBAN.
/timeout target duration reasonModerate MembersTarget must be a member, below the bot role, and not the owner. Duration choices run from 60 seconds to 28 days. Records TIMEOUT.
/unmute target [reason]Moderate MembersTarget must be a member and currently timed out. Clears the timeout and records UNMUTE.
/purge amount [target]Manage MessagesWorks only in guild text channels. Scans 1–100 recent messages, skips pinned and older-than-14-day messages, optionally filters by author. No moderation case is created.

Dashboard queued warnings DM the user just like /warn. Dashboard queued kicks and timeouts run through the bot role hierarchy check, then create a numbered case and update the queue row to DONE.

DM notices

Warnings attempt to DM the member, but closed DMs are not fatal. Kicks, bans and timeouts rely on Discord action results rather than a guaranteed DM notice.
