Levels commands
Rank and leaderboard slash commands for the leveling system.
The /level command is server-only and requires the guild leveling config to exist and be enabled. If not, it replies ephemerally with 📴 The levelling system is disabled on this server. The command renders canvas cards when possible and falls back to embeds if rendering fails.

Progress is computed by the Levels module. The fallback rank embed includes a 14-character progress bar. The fallback leaderboard embed uses medals for the top three rows and mentions each user by ID.
