Setup
Publish a ticket panel from the dashboard.
Open /dashboard/<guildId>/tickets. The page loads existing panels and the 15 most recent transcripts, then renders the panel builder.
- 1
Write the panel message
Set a panel title (1–100 characters) and description (1–2000 characters). These appear on the public Discord panel embed.
- 2
Choose channels
Pick the category for new ticket channels and the text channel where the panel message will be posted. Optionally choose a log channel for close logs.
- 3
Select manager roles
Choose up to 25 non-managed roles. Members with these roles, or Manage Channels permission, can administer tickets.
- 4
Style the panel
Set embed colour, optional thumbnail URL, optional banner image URL, and the create button label.
- 5
Configure opened-ticket output
Set the title and message posted inside each new ticket channel. Use
{user}to mention the opener. - 6
Publish
The API stores the panel, posts the Discord message with
ticket_create:<panelId>, then saves the message id.
Required bot permissions
PaulCLI needs to send the panel message, create channels under the category, manage channel permissions, read message history, manage messages for staff support, and delete ticket channels after close.
Editing a live panel updates the saved row and edits the original Discord message in place. Deleting a panel removes the published message best-effort, then deletes the database row.
